Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of a an oval chain wreath, with an anchor on a pebbled field overlaid by crossed swords, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 40. 59 mm (w) x 46. 77 mm (h), weighing 10. 0 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
