A Military Merit Cross, I Class Cross, C.1965 GTRexclude Instituted 29 August 1913Of recent manufacture in Rothe style, a I class cross with white enamel arms bordered in thick red enamel, the obverse medallion features the inscription VER DIENST (Merit) on a white enamelled field with a red enamelled surround, the reverse presents a single vertical pin assembly, measures 61. 3mm (w) x 61. 4mm (h), weighing 62. 8 grams, small holes in enamel behind inscription, in very fine condition.
