Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original tri fold ribbon, the obverse with a rightward facing profile of Emperor Franz Joseph I, circumscribed by his name, the reverse with a depiction of soldiers and cavalry on maneuvers, topped by an inscription of ERINNERUNG AN DAS KAISERMANVER (IN COMMEMORATION OF THE IMPERIAL MANEUVERS), measuring 30 mm in diameter, in better than very fine
