About twenty years ago, Iaki Orozco inherited 620 acres of land in the Jalisco State. The land had been passed down in the family for nearly two hundred years, but had never been developed or planted. Iaki saw the potential and over the next few years he planted 175,000 shoots of Weber Blue Agave on his land. The first harvest in
