Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original neck ribbon, the obverse with a central raised depiction of the Kyffhuser Monument, above a wreathed number 25 and circumscribed by an inscription of FEST STEHN IMMER, STILL STEHN NIMMER (ALWAYS STAND FIRM, NEVER STAND STILL), the reverse with a central raised Prussian eagle circumscribed by an inscription of PREUSSISCHER
