Initial aromas are of perfumed violets toasted marshmallows vanilla and nutmeg

The creaminess on the finish is finely balanced with good persistence

The first bottles have been released at the beginning of year 2017. This cuvee is a 9 year old Calvados Pays d'Auge, 46% vol., with more than one year of Juranon (sweet white wine) cask finish.
