Order Of King George I, 3Rd Class Set. Spink. GTRexclude fairly persistentNeck Badge in silver gilt and enamels, hinged crown, unmarked, 46 mm x 77 mm, with full neck ribbon. Breast Star, maker marked SPINK & SON Ltd. on reverse, 71 mm. Both feature crisp detail, vibrant colours, nice patinas, extremely fine. Hardshelled case maker marked SPINK & SON LTD. LONDON, latch is slightly askew but closes firmly, minor staining, near fine. Footnote: The award was created in 1916 for those that distinguished themselves in the field
