A matching set of Heer Medical Major rank insignia, including: 1. A pair of collar tabs, each constructed of dark green wool with buckram cores and topped by dual silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by dark blue threaded tresses, both unmarked and measuring 40 mm (w) x 70 mm (l), one demonstrating some mothing to the reverse, in uniform removed and extremely fine condition. 2. A pair of shoulder
