Constructed of bronze, the obverse depicting a central crowned bear on top of a fortress wall, circumscribed by an inscription of FUERCHTE GOTT UND BEFOLGE SEINE BEFEHLE (FEAR GOD AND OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS), the reverse with a central crown
