A Prussian medal bar featuring four decorations, including a General Honour Cross of 1900, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patt, the obverse with a central gilt medallion bearing an inscription of VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT (SERVICE TO THE STATE) inside of a laurel wreath, the reverse with a central monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, unmarked, measuring 40. 00 mm
