Instituted on March 11th, 1924. (c. 1935 issue). Constructed of silver and blue enamels, consisting of five larger rays with 7 rays with 7 smaller rays between, with a raised central applique consisting of a royal blue enameled medallion bearing three five pointed stars, surrounded by the inscription Par Teviju (For Fatherland), which is then surrounded by an oak wreath tied together at the base by a ribbon, the reverse is
