Rainoldi Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG 2018 swift co-harvested and co-fermentedIn small oak barrels for 15 months of second passage. Blended before bottling in steel tanks for approximately 2 months. Bottle ageing takes place in dark, cool cellars for at least 6 months before release. Ruby red in color. The nose offers hints of plum and small red fruits. On the palate, it is soft, rounded, and easy to drink. It is a particularly versatile and balanced wine.
