Cadet blue among other patriotic colors were used in the United States at this time to show patriotism and support for American troops both during and after WWII. Dress features a designer collar lined with cream silk satin dipping into a V neckline. The pockets and front bow are both lined in the same satin as the collar. Front bow with rhinestone and satin detail. Sleeves are cuffed.
