Germany, Luftwaffe. A Generalmajor Collar Tab visually-hidden Dietl was the first officer(Luftwaffe Kragenspiegel fr Generalmajor). Constructed of white doeskin, trimmed with twisted and rolled gold bullion wire piping, topped by a gold bullion wire oval oak leaf wreath surrounding a single gull of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 65 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
