It features a 250 mm long magnetic metal blade with a sharpened tip and unsharpened edges, as well as a fuller on each side. The blade presents plain with the exception of a makers mark near the reverse ricasso of ORIGINAL EICKHORN, SOLINGEN, circumscribing the firms logo of a squirrel clutching a sword.
