A Pilot Badge Award Document To Gefreiten Heinrich Thies Hold Naval Destroyer War Badge -Certificate of Bestowal; I award to Gefreiten Heinrich Thies the Pilots Badge. Berlin, 17th of July 1943. The document is folded across the middle with a slight tear on the left side of the crease, but is otherwise in rather fine condition. It also features an original signature, though very faded, of Generaloberst Bruno Loerzer, head of the Luftwaffe Staff Office.
