Three piece construction, insignia in frosted and gilt bronze with white enamels, mounted to a five pointed silver gilt star base, each star point with three wide emanating rays, with two smaller wide emanating rays between each star point, marked 900 on the base denoting silver fineness, partial mark above, measuring 69. 5 mm (w) x 67. 5 mm (h), weighs 63. 3 grams, vertical pinback, four rivets on the
