This Shiraz was sourced from our Somerset vineyard and handpicked in February 2022

This blend was crafted using Shiraz grapes from old vines and Touriga grapes from low-yielding grapevines

Grown on limestone with a marly gravel subsoil. Only free run juice is used. Fermentation in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
