Germany, Luftwaffe. An Air Gunner Badge, Cloth Version Auction was formed in 1899 and(Luftwaffe Bordschtzenabzeichen, Stoffversion). Constructed of multi coloured machine embroidery in the shape of an oak and laurel wreath with a mobile swastika on the base of the wreath and a Luftwaffe eagle without lightening bolts; on a gray wool backer; measuring 58 mm (w) x 67 mm (h); in overall mint and unissued condition.
