Pyrite in Quartz Rough Chunk! Uncut or could even be aHere is a chunk of Pyrite (fools gold) in quartz from an unknown location. I am not sure where this originally came from, but it is still a pretty interesting display specimen. I haven't tried to cut any, so I'm not sure how it would hold up. It has some light oxidation that is staining the quartz some. I believe this may have been from Washington State, but I cannot say for certain. Weight: Approx 3 lbs 5. 2 Measurements (inches longest approx): 4. 9
