A large State Service Flag, constructed of a dyed red cotton cloth base, bearing double sided central white discs overlaid by ribbed black swastikas, the upper corners of the hoist edge bearing double sided white NSDAP style German national eagles clutching wreathed mobile swastikas, with features and details highlighted in black, the hoist edge reinforced along the seam with an additional layer of white canvas and with two
