Domaine Pavelot Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru ‘Aux Gravains’ 2022 Size::1 Bottle located in Saint-Julien de BeychevelleHere the wood and menthol influences are more prominent though not invasive on theripe aromas of poached plum, black cherry and a touch of the sauvage. There is again very good richness and vibrancy to the caressing and palate soaking flavors that exhibit excellent length on the slightly warm finale. This also needs to add better depth, but more should eventually develop if given time.
