The wetter cooler growing season was followed by a warm dry harvesting time. Perfect for old vine 51 year old cabernet sauvignon at Cullens. Being dry farmed and then being given the moisture needed for perfect ripening . Yields were low and berries small giving beautifully balanced fruit and tannin makeup with stunning aromatics. The cabernet sauvignon vines grown on the
