Truman helped establish NATO and implemented the Plan Marshall for the reconstruction of Europe after WWII. Two volumes with his memoirs (vol. 1 "Year of Decisions", vol 2 "Years of Trial and Hope"), volume 2 is signed and inscribed by him on the title page. Published by Doubleday, New York, 1956, hardcovers, dust jackets, minor damage on the signed page, in overall very good
