By sheer quality of his wines his reputation grew and now he has 28 hectare of vineyards across Pouilly Fume and Sancerre. Ive always been a fan of this Pouilly Fume. Sourced from the three main terroirs of Pouilly it gives a great overview of what the region as a whole offers. Crisp, clean, refreshing. Tropical fruits, lemons and tangerine, a hint of white flowers. The palate is a light, clean
