Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, around an upward pointing winged arrow, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, with a central visible rivet securing the obverse arrow in place, with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 76. 90 mm (w) x 25. 68 mm (h), weighing 15.
