Constructed of black wool with a dark green wool core and white cotton backer, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse trimmed with a silver aluminum flat wire border comprising the frame of a traditional Iron Cross, surrounding an additional length of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping which effectively recreates a ribbed frame, the black wool core presenting plain, unmarked, measuring 42
