Sourced from two vineyards in the nearby hilltops region. This wine spends months on skins to extract everything then tucked away in foudre for the rest of the two year elevage. A lighter colour yields to intense floral aromas and that special tannin that only nebbiolo has. Our tenth vintage of this variety and we think it a very special wine.
