Vintage SAW “2” T-Shirt Blanks Nicely worn in t-shirt inIt took a few years for Saw to get made. Australian director James Wan and writer Leigh Whannell dreamed up a simple horror movie that could be made on a tight budget, inspired by films like The Blair Witch Project, and moved forward from there, though they couldn't get any production company to pick up the film. They were told to shop the movie around Los Angeles and were met with positive receptions, eventually accepting an offer from Evolution
