In silver, full size, rim impressed JOHN DONOVAN, 9TH LANCERS with original ribbon bearing DELHI, RELIEF OF LUCKNOW and LUCKNOW clasps, very dark patina, notable edge knocks, very fine condition. Footnote: John Donovan of the 9th Lancers is on the medal roll of the Indian Mutiny Medal, entitled to the Delhi and Lucknow clasps.
