A 1936 Albert L. Schlageter Martyrdom Badge Archive maker marked "TIPTAFT"Stamped blackened tin Schlagetertag badge (24. May. 1936); In die stamped blackened, silvered, and painted metal, horizontal pin; marked on reverse but illegible; measuring 43 mm x 35 mm; fine condition. Footnote: Schlageter was a military activist and active member of the NSDAP Tarnorganisation Arbeitspartei. He was found responsible for multiple bombings in France by a french military tribunal and was sentenced to death on 26. 5. 1923; 44 mm x 24
