Domaine Castera Jurancon Sec XXIII 2023 Beaune We make them by handIn a year when Franck Lihour had to dodge hailstones during harvest, there simply wasn't enough left on the vines to justify making Castera's usual suite of single plot Jurancon. So this wine is a blend of all three, the Tauzy, the Memoria, and the Caubeigt. There's a little bit of extra residual sugar in here, neatly balanced by soaring acidity and fruit flavors jumping out their skins.
