Grown on a single vineyard, the wine is whole bunch pressed chardonnay juice with whole cabernet berries co fermented. Aged in old wood. Low sulphur. A colourful, bright wine with blackberry and cranberry notes. Theres some earthiness due to the cabernet. Fruit driven, this wine has an island feel to it. Brisk to finish.
