"Bob" Swain was one of six Second World War veterans who spoke briefly during the V-J Day service at Memorial Community Hall in Copper Cliff

but it was renewed in 1995 following the restoration of Estonian independence

in generally very good/fine condition

A round wooden plate, engraved with the Deutsche Arbeitsfront (German Labour Front) symbol of the cog wheel in the centre, bordered above by the engraved inscription MEISTERWETTKAMPF 1937 (MASTERS COMPETITION 1937), bordered below by the engraved inscription DEM BEZIRKSSIEGER (THE DISTRICT WINNER), the reverse unmarked, measuring 28. 5 cm in diameter, and in very fine condition.
