40’s Wide Brimmed Black Straw Hat with Veil & Bow the far side -Waist 22inThis elegant 1940s hat in jet black straw has a wide brim and a chin length veil. The shallow, rounded crown is trimmed with a stiffened, large grosgrain ribbon bow. The hat's crown is slightly deeper in back, to better hug the back of the head when worn. The wide weave veiling is tied at the center back of the crown, where the wide brim (widest at center front) narrows to almost nothing. The brim is embellished with sweet scalloped braided straw
