This very unique hat is made from what seems like pipe cleaners and is woven together in a webbed floral design. The hat sits on top of the head like a cap and "flower petals" can be worn in front or back. Wonderful for any vintage collection, seems to be high fashion and decorative only. Fits like: open, since it sits on top of the head size is not relevant. Hat can be worn by many sizes.
