60's White Stripe Brim Breton Style Straw Hat by Debbie super micro mini 1960s straight skirt by CollegianDarling 1960's Breton style straw hat in black and white, with pinstriping on the turned up brim. There's a flat bow in back, with a satin stitched triangle appliqued in the middle. The hat measures 21. 5" in circumference. The brim is 3" in front and 2" in the back. Made by Debbie.
