Love Nest A130419 Crafted on stretched handmade paperCelebrate your love, a new home, or a newly emptied nest with this unique sculpture. Two hearts pinched from clay hover above a nest on a wire. Each is hand made out of thin strands of stoneware clay pressed together to form the permanent nest. The weathered surface is achieved by applying glaze, made by the artist, then wiping the highlights of the texture to leave behind glaze that has a flashing quality. Each piece is unique; patina and surface
