60's White Floral Scallop Button Front Dress by Samanthas Cape Cod uniform coat Swing styleThis absolutely dreamy 1960s floral dress from Samantha's Cape Cod is what all of my cotton sun dress dreams are made of. Scoop neckline, with a scalloped button front. Each button is fabric covered, and the scallops are trimmed in pink piping. The floral print is bright and fun, and the fabric is crisp. There's a hook and eye closure at the waist, with a tie at the front. Nice full skirt, shown here with a crinoline on the form and without a
