The pillory was opened, the head and hands of the convict were put in and the pillory was closed and locked again. Afterwards the convict was paraded through the streets. The pillory is made of wood and has an iron lock. Its length is 77 cm and its maximum width is 31,5 cm. The diameter for the neck hole is 16 cm, the diameter for the wrist holes 7 cm. It weighs 2,3 kg.
