The dress has an open turtleneck that ends in ties at the back. Waist ties cross at the front and also tie at the back. This pattern is made without a zipper. The Keyhole Dress is sleeveless, but it can be made with any of Puff and Pencils dress and blouse sleeves (available in Puff and Pencil dress and blouse pattern bundles).
