Gino Charles is a pseudonym for couture designers Teal Traina and Malcolm Starr. This set is in great condition, the label is wrinkled, there is a snag in the material, and a small hole in the lining close to the tag. I photographed all three issues for you. The dress is fabulously low cut, and the pleating creates great twirling ability! This set is a 1960s size
