Pleated on a narrow waist band, with side button closing and two side seam hip pockets. Fabric has the feel of a rayon blend and it is lined with a dark acetate fabric. Excellent condition show little to no wear or age. The only labels are Made in the U. S. A., Dry Clean Only and a size tag of 10. Please check the measurements carefully. No give to this fabric.
