70's Nautical Style Belted Navy Dress by Don Sayres festivalwear at 2 breast pocketsStylish 1970s Nautical inspired knit dress with coordinating belt. Navy colored with white and blue accents and large front patch pockets. Low v neck opening and a button down front make this comfortable and easy to wear. Crossover style with matching leather belt. Fabric is a wool crepe material. Partially lined for comfort. Made in USA. I date this around 1975 or 1976. Sayres moved to designing for Wellmore in the 80s and went on a nautical streak
