The three millimeter sheet of fusible glass is first textured using glass powder fired over a glass textile. The resulting textured glass resembles a sheet of cold pressed watercolor paper complete with a deckle (or organic, ragged) edge. This highly textured glass surface is drawn and painted on using finely powdered glass and water, then kiln
