Skeeter's Horse A147361 Created using a marquetry techniqueThe artist digitally alters her photographs utilizing patterns she creates. Using a large format inkjet printer, the design is printed onto organic cotton. The textile is then machine quilted. A piece of industrial velcro is sewn to the top of the back of the quilt. A corresponding piece of velcro accompanies the work and can be nailed to the wall with small nails.
