90s Black And White Skirt Suit With Organza Lapels By Douglas Hannant 1970s 70s dress Arm Length- 25 1/4”This lovely vintage skirt suit from Douglas Hannant features a wide silk organza collar with waterfall lapels The jacket closes with two black leather (or faux leather) laces, and it has 3 4 raglan sleeves. The A line skirt has a waistband and a hidden back zipper. The fabric is a black & white weave in a soft wool and silk blend that almost looks like raw silk (best seen in the second photo).
