Semi sheer gauzy cotton with an off the shoulder neckline, ribbon tie waist, and a ruffled hem trimmed in lace, shorter in the front. The waist is gathered for a swishy, flattering fit. Back center zipper. Fully lined. Bust measures 37", waist 27", length 43 58". No flaws or stains to note.
