AS-IS UN-PLEATED kilt underbust is 34 inches andi fucked up and wore this in the rain and the pleats came out. this IS fixable with an iron and dedication. i do not have the dedication required. so itll be cheaper cuz of that. this is a beautiful wool kilt with the pin. secured by buttons. tag says size 10. waist is 28 inches. length is 29. 5 inches.
