It is a gathered pouch style with a swinging inner attached middle change purse that divides the bag. The long top piece flips up to open the bag. The inside is lined in fabric and it has the change purse plus a pocket. It is marked GemCo on the brass frame. 9" x 6 1 2". The sides of the top bar do not have leather on them, and they don't appear to ever had. In
